1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bjliv ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://bjliv.net. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the bjliv platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, color prediction games, lottery, crash games, and all associated promotional and bonus programmes.

By registering an account on bjliv, accessing any game, placing any bet, or depositing any funds, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by every clause contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bjliv platform and close your account.

bjliv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the bjliv platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the definitive and authoritative version. Any translated versions of these Terms provided for convenience are non-binding.

• Governing language: English is the binding language of these Terms. Translations are for reference only and carry no legal weight.
• Platform scope: These Terms apply to all bjliv products — casino, sportsbook, color prediction, lottery, and crash games — without exception.
• Amendment rights: bjliv may update these Terms at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version on a regular basis.
• Acceptance method: Continued platform use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current Terms at all times.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bjliv platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

bjliv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh, a valid passport, or any other government-issued photographic identification. If a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation upon request, their account will be suspended until the verification is completed satisfactorily.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without appeal. All funds associated with an underage account will be returned to the payment method used for deposits, after deducting any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use. bjliv does not knowingly permit, encourage, or facilitate gambling by persons under 18 years of age under any circumstances.

• Minimum age: 18 years at the time of account registration and at all times during platform use.
• KYC verification: Age is verified as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required before withdrawal capability is unlocked.
• Underage account action: Accounts confirmed as belonging to persons under 18 are permanently closed and deposits returned, with winnings forfeited.
• Jurisdiction responsibility: Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the bjliv platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bjliv is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of registration. Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date and must notify bjliv of any changes via [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bjliv strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge from your account security settings. bjliv staff will never ask for your password, full bKash PIN, or Nagad PIN through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bjliv immediately at [email protected]. bjliv will suspend the account pending a security investigation. bjliv is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has knowingly shared their login details with a third party.

• One account per person: Multiple accounts are prohibited regardless of the method used to create them.
• Accurate information required: False, incomplete, or outdated registration details may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• Credential security: You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Enable 2FA for enhanced protection.
• bjliv will never request your PIN: Report any request for your payment PIN or password as a potential phishing attempt.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bjliv supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the bjliv account holder. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed for potential suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. bjliv does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's standard fees may apply independently.

Before processing any withdrawal, bjliv is required to verify the identity of the account holder through the KYC process. Players must submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash account showing the registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

bjliv operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any deposits or withdrawal patterns that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. bjliv reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of such reviews and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bjliv offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the individual terms of each promotion before opting in. bjliv's general bonus terms set out below apply to all promotions unless the specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount received (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 on eligible games before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 50%, and sports betting may contribute at variable rates depending on the market and odds. The specific contribution rates are published in the terms of each individual offer.

Bonus funds have an expiry period specified in each offer's terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. bjliv will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

bjliv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to decline to award a bonus to any player where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Wagering requirements apply: All bonuses must be wagered before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements result in automatic removal of bonus funds on expiry. No reinstatement is possible.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only. One per household, device, and IP address.
• Abuse policy: Bonus abuse in any form will result in forfeiture of funds and potential permanent account closure.
• bjliv's discretion: Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bjliv platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake amount — before confirming any wager. bjliv will not void or reverse a bet on the basis that the player claims to have made a selection in error, except where a demonstrable technical fault on bjliv's platform is confirmed by the internal technical team.

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bjliv will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate resolution. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. bjliv's decision in such matters is final and binding.

For sports betting markets, bjliv reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any market at any time, including in-play markets, at our discretion. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and ICC tournaments — the match must be completed to a legitimate result for bets to stand, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all products on bjliv. For color prediction games, the minimum stake is ৳100 per round. For slots, the minimum bet per spin is determined by each individual game's configuration. For sports betting, the minimum bet is ৳50 per selection. Maximum win limits per single bet or game session may be applied at bjliv's discretion and will be communicated to the player at the time of the limitation where possible.

• Bets are final: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed except in cases of verified platform technical failure.
• Technical fault policy: Incomplete game rounds due to technical faults result in stake return. bjliv's technical team decision is final.
• Market suspension: bjliv may suspend any betting market, including in-play markets, at any time without notice.
• Minimum stakes: ৳100 for color prediction; ৳50 for sports betting markets; varies for slots per game configuration.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjliv platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the incident reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account under your own name or using false identity information to register additional accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, sports betting, or any other product on the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your bjliv account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile money provider after deposits have been wagered on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human means to interact with the bjliv platform or place bets.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to accumulate funds or winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using bjliv to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bjliv has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and cooperates fully with law enforcement.
• Account sharing: Permitting a third party to access or operate your bjliv account, regardless of whether a financial transaction is involved.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bjliv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; verified or suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction; or in the interest of platform security and the protection of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. bjliv will not be liable to the player for any losses arising from an account closure made in good faith on the basis of a suspected breach, even in circumstances where the suspicion is subsequently found to be unfounded, provided that any genuine deposits that were not involved in the breach are returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". bjliv will process the closure within three business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deducting any applicable bonus funds that had not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure.

Self-exclusion requests are treated separately from standard account closure requests and are processed with higher priority. During a self-exclusion period, accounts are inaccessible for deposits and betting but remain accessible for withdrawal of verified real-money balances.

• bjliv may close accounts: For breach of Terms, fraud, or regulatory instruction, with or without prior notice.
• Voluntary closure: Email [email protected] to request voluntary account closure at any time. Processing takes up to three business days.
• Balance on closure: Real-money balances are returned to the verified payment method on file; bonus funds are forfeited.
